Liberalism vs Liberation

Liberation is a way people or a group of people express themselves due to what they believe in. Liberation and liberalism are opposite of each other. Day and Night to be exact. Liberalism aims to expand equality amongst all members of society without looking at deeper rooted issues while liberation aims to expand equality to certain members or groups within society that feel ignored, silenced, shunned, and/or overshadowed. Liberalism focuses on everyone but not the needs of everyone. Individuals have different needs and what works for one person or one group of people might not work for others. Liberation focuses on those needs and aims to implement them into society and societal government. In this way liberalism becomes for everyone for everyone’s needs. Yes, rights and policies are inconsistent with liberal principles. Liberal principles overlook struggles while liberation brings those struggles to the forefront. Liberal principles overshadow groups while liberation embraces them. There might be loopholes in these goals just to satisfy these groups. Liberalism and Liberation are topics that bring conversations to the debate table. One thing is certain that liberation aims to outshine liberalism by including everyone and stretching the importance of equality.
